The Connoisseur Concerto (the gallery), Boat Quay

Is this the way they make their coffee? No, of course not! It is just for decoration. Oh, ya...I am at The Connoisseur Concerto which is also known by the local as TCC. Another great recommendation by Mr. Chin.
They have a bar in each floor and this is located at the ground floor.
Let's walk up and see for the second bar.
Here you go, their second bar at the upper floor which I find it pretty unnecessary to do this.
In the upper floor, all seating are bean bags style. I am having difficult time to sit well on my bean bag. I wonder how do they do so well to dine while sitting on a bean bag. Extremely challenging for me. As you can see the pictures on the wall are all hand drawn by famous artist and displayed here to exhibit for sale. You are not allow to take photography on these arts.
Various of reading material here. A so called mini-library perhaps?
Let's get on with our desserts there. This is a slice of carrot cheese cake. Lack of carrot taste because the cheese taste has overwhelmed the whole cake.
A cafe latte. Looks nice but not sure the taste. It was ordered by Mr. Mak.
Another looks nice but taste unknown drinks by Mr. Chin. No caffeine please. I love to have a good sleep tonight.
My special recommendation will be this. Devil-misu - a devilish tiramisu! Believe my words they are just by knowing what they are made of. It is made of their finest espresso luscious mascarpone cream with a demonic kick of rum, paired with brandied cherries. This taste so good! Especially the brandied cherries! Every cherries popped in your mouth, the taste of brandy is like shooting to your brain! Urgh...extremely devilish! I highly recommended to my old classmates Ms. Ting who loves an alcholic tiramisu. This one certainly will bring her an extraordinary experience!
Finally, I can consider this as a good start to find a good dessert at Singapore but not the carrot cake please. and also not sure about the others but at least for the Devil-misu. Personally feel that it is worth to travel from far just for it. Only for people who can take on mid to heavy alcohol level only. Take note on this! Don't say I do not warn you about the alcohol. Hehe...
Total Damage: Another treat from Mr. Chin and Mr. Mak. Owe them more already...urgh...I feel they purposely did it!
