| It is a humble size restaurant which they are serving their loyal customers who can't live a day without their breads. All the meals below comes in a set of a choices of juices and a cup of coffee or tea. You can choose to have two different juices too like what I did. For your information, their juices are not fresh juice. |

Overall: 3/5 - Making eggs benedict requires careful orchestration. You have to warm, crispy bacon, hot buttered toasted French bread, eggs poached perfectly to your desire, and a warm, creamy, unbroken Hollandaise sauce, all at about the same time. That's why I always prefer to have it in a good restaurant such as Choupinette. I think everyone has the same excitement that I have to see the egg yolk flowing out elegantly and covering the bread and ham. The taste of the ham and bread with the egg yolk as the sauce is indefinably delicious. It is a real hearty meal to jumpstart your day. However, I would prefer the ham not to cook too long. I prefer a softer and tender ham instead of a hard one as if you are chewing on a tree bark.

Overall: 3/5 - The infused-buttery flavored toast covered with sweet honey is meticulously delicious. Especially the berries play an important role to make the toast beyond ordinary. However, after 2 pieces of the toast, the queasy feeling is somehow stopping you to have more.

| Overall, this is one of my favourite restaurant to have my brunch at Singapore. Of course, I always come for their Egg Benedict's. I still prefer their Egg Benedict's with Fresh Salmon. That is the best ever Egg Benedict's I had so far. Do opt for that if you do mind raw salmon in your food. |
